Flexible and environmentally friendly

Idreco can provide a wide range of different cutter dredgers and suction dredgers. A key feature of Idreco’s sand suction dredgers is the flexible modular construction. Since all the types are particularly economical, they are also very environmentally friendly.

Spacious and ergonomic

All the sand suction dredgers can be run on electricity or on diesel/hydraulically. The dredgers can be operated both manually and using an effective automatic control system. The control system is housed in the comfortable steering cabin, which has been specifically designed to provide pleasant and comfortable working conditions for the dredger pilot. The catamaran-style pontoons are large enough to carry a transformer and spare pumps as well as providing extra storage and ballast space.

High-performance dredgers

The cutter dredger can be deployed for depths of up to 30 metres and has a production capacity of 100 to 2,500 tonnes of solid material per hour. The suction dredger can reach up to 100 metres deep, producing between 100 and 2,800 tonnes of solid material per hour. Pumps measuring between 150 mm and 750 mm can be fitted onto all of the types. The level of production can be further increased by using the Dredger Control System to maximise the extraction results.
